WHITE

GRAPES

Grown exclusively in estate vineyards situated in the Rioja Alta, with an average age of 60 years old.
Varieties: 100% Viura

WINEMAKING METHOD

Traditional method of bleeding the free-run juice with slight prior maceration. After static clarification, the must ferments at a temperature maximum 15º C so as preserve all its aromas.

TASTING NOTES

It is a young, fresh, lively wine with a pale straw colour reflecting the grape it was made from.

Smooth and pleasant on the palate. It has well balance, with a lasting pleasant end note reminding of its primary aromas.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Best served between 10º - 12ºC

ROSÉ

GRAPES

The plots, owned by the bodega, are in the Rioja Alta. The growth cycle is carefully monitored, so that the best grapes are chosen to achieve the ideal blend of the inherent of both varieties used, when the time to harvest comes.

Varieties: 50% Viura - 50% Garnacha

WINEMAKING METHOD

The grapes and free-run juice are left bleeding in stainless steel vats after 24-48 hours cold maceration. After static clarification the must ferments at a temperature of between 17º and 21º C.

TASTING NOTES

A pale pink, salmon-tinged colour, typical of the rosé wines from this zone of Denominación de Origen.

Smooth, ripe fruit and floral aromas which combine with its light, yet full taste through to leave a final sensation of freshmens and warmth at the same time.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Best served at around 12º C

TEMPRANILLO

GRAPES

The grapes for this wine are selected from 30-years old vineyards which yield 6.500 kg. Thanks to careful checks on ripening the grape are harvested when the phenol content and aromatic potential are at their peak moment for the zone.

Varieties: 100% Tempranillo

WINEMAKING METHOD

After stemming, the grapes macerate in vats for 24-48 hours with their skin and ferment naturally at no more than 28º C.

The wine is then racked off and blended before malolactic fermentation occurring naturally at a temperature of between 17º and 20º C.

TASTING NOTES

You can clearly appreciate the typical nuances of the Tempranillo variety which helps to achieve good acidity and the wild, fruity aroma which recalls red berries.

The black-cherry colour with violet hues and the medium-high depth are the expression of its youthfulness and prepare us for the fresh but full and complex mouth-feel, with smooth astringency and a medium to long finish whichis very lively and pleasing.
